Georgia Baby – Peach Nigori Limited Release

Summer is almost over, but let’s savor it for a second longer with this extra special Peach Nigori we are calling “Georgia Baby”. We took some ripe juicy peaches, blended them, and added them directly to the rice mash, allowing this sake to ferment on the juices. Then left it cloudy, vivacious, and unfiltered, giving it a slightly peachy color and nothing but pure deliciousness. Yum yum. Available in the tasting room only, while supplies last.
