💬 “Who doesn’t love a good Seinfeld reference? It’s actually more of a meta joke than even just a Seinfeld episode. So there’s this joke amongst Japanese brewers that when high end sake comes to America it is often renamed the most ridiculous gaudy puffery of romance novel for a name. For whatever reason Serenity Now name came to mind as we were conceptualizing our premium junmai daiginjo and we thought it perfectly captured the absurdity of this cheesy naming convention and also an inside joke for Seinfeld fans.“
