💬 “Everybody loves cloudy sake. Its rich, its full bodied, and it looks totally unique. That visually is part of where the name comes from, a milky creamy beverage just goes with a big ole baby, but the characteristics of this sake is really what makes it special. When this sake is complete, we press and package within a matter of days, giving it a young, vibrant, and bold flavor. Pressing is often considered as when sake comes to life, so this sake is meant to represent the youngest moment of sake. Big, brash, and bold. Big Baby!“
