Release: 3 Stings – PAW PAW and Honey Infused Sake

The Paw Paw is a fruit native to Virginia and some say is a mix between mango and banana. Notoriously hard to harvest at the perfect ripeness, our team braved the wilderness as they foraged for the perfect batch. In their efforts one of our brewers Burt was stung 3 times by a group of bees. His heroic effort and a bit of honey is what earned this paw paw infusion its name: 3 STINGS.
