When the head-brewer from NAS was learning his craft, he connected with the team at Daimon Shuzo in Osaka and trained under their mastery. Now, the team from Daimon has come to the USA and together they brewed a special Junmai Ginjo. Serendipitously, this is also NAS’s 100th batch of sake.
